A wonderful cozy and friendly place to stay. The shared meals were such a nice addition after traveling and eating solo. The staff are so attentive and friendly. It’s clean and has everything you need, including amazing meals by the chef. It’s also literally right on the beach, the water comes up to the doorstep making swimming very convenient. I highly recommend!

This boutique hotel is situated at a great area and an ideal location allowing easy travel to kendwa/nungwi, Mnemba island and stone town. I felt like I was in Bali being surrounded by so many lush palm trees. I definitely rate it as value for money. The hotel was within less than 5 minutes walking distance to a beautiful beach where I enjoyed a kite surfing lesson. The design of my room was modern and spacious as advertised on the photos. I loved the music on the upper deck during breakfast and dinner that created that positive african energy and vibe. The food was flavourful and tasty. Thank you so much to the kind and friendly staff for making my stay comfortable and relaxed.

The road to the lodge is unpaved and rough. It winds through the local village where poverty is evident. The location was good for my snorkeling tour near Mnemba Island. The food was excellent, with a wide array of options to choose from. The spa is a fantastic amenity to the lodge, with lots of affordable treatments carried out by the team of great therapists. Food was really tasty, especially if you know that their sell it (breakfast and dinner) as a half-board. Staff was friendly and always helpful. They work toghether with Floral-tours agency and organize you all transfers and excursion all over the island. There is also Diving point base on the property. So this is really very good place if you want good snorkeling or diving excursion and make a peacful retreat in a small not crowded hotel...

The food is exceptional, as we wanted to explore the area we didn't eat there every night, however I must say we regretted because everytime we thought that HEBE was just so much better! They are kind, honest, helpful, and always friendly. Additionally, they serve delicious and fresh breakfast. The area is especially great because you get to experience the local community and it is not overrun with tourists. The owner, Peter, is ready to greet guests upon arrival.

Very cozy and comfortable place , nice atmosphere, stuff were always so helpful and attentive, all food we tried was very fresh and delicious, nice cocktails and breakfast.
