It was absolutely an amazing stay and service. Apartments are large, in a great condition and with the best possible view on the Eiffel Tower. Xavier helped a lot with many things. He made everything possible for the early check-in. That was critical for me because of a tired sick child and I appreciated a lot we were accommodated earlier. Also, he helped to ship a pendant that I forgot in the apartments. Next time in Paris I would definitely stay here to enjoy the great service, luxury apartments and an amazing view.

Beautiful, modern and simple brand new apartment with everything you need if you are visiting Paris as a couple or family with children. Very clean and comfortable with completely equipped kitchen for making family meals. Building and underground garage is well secured and there is an elevator you can use. 15 minute walking distance to Metro station and a charming neighborhood centre and also 5 minute walking distance to supermarket. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

The facilities in the apartment were good. Coffee maker and coffee capsules were provided. enough cutlery for use and cleaning essentials were there. The room were spacious enough for 3 of us and the bed was comfortable. The apartment felt very safe due to three levels of locks one has to get in. We visited the Saturday farmer market and got amazing vegetables, cheese and olives. I was able to survive as a vegetarian in Paris due to cooking facility in the apartment.

Location is excellent in St Germaine (Dist 6) near cafes, restaurants, the Metro. There is even a Carefour market 150 m from the hotel. This is a small boutique hotel with a very friendly accommodating staff. There is a wonderful buffet breakfast available daily from 7-10 am which we enjoyed. Our room was a good sized with a KING bed which is not typical for a European hotel. We would highly recommend the hotel and look forward to returning to Paris 2025.

Even if it was on a Sunday, and you may know how difficult it is to get help on a Sunday in France, I had people reaching out to me on the phone and by email to make sure things were ok. A very kind employee let us in and let us park inside even if I still had to pay for it. Rooms were comfy, with a decent kitchenette and one had a loft with a double bed. Location with food stores and a boulangerie close by and a metro/bus nearby to move into Paris.

We stayed at the hotel for a week during our stay in Paris. Hotel staff is great, very helpful and supporting, whatever we needed they were there to help. they changed room as we were not satisfied from the first room we got, ordered a doctor for us when needed and arranged for us Taxi for airport in fair price. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Breakfast quality is very good although not much variety. I would recommend this hotel.

6 mins on foot to metro, great value for money for Paris. The property seems to be mainly a long term student accommodation but rents out some apartments as a hotel. Everything is quite basic but clean and really cheap for Paris. You can also make yourself a breakfast thanks to kitchenette if you are used to something more than le petit dejeuner in the morning and avoid standing in queue to one of very rare breakfast restaurants in Paris

The location is superb—easy walking distance to the Louvre and Orsay museums, and every walk is fascinating with unique shops, galleries and antique stores everywhere. It’s easy to choose good restaurants quite nearby also. Hotels are older and a bit more expensive in this area, but it’s worth it for a real Paris experience. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is very good. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very spacious, both in terms of bedrooms and living/dining areas. All the beds are super comfortable, and bed and bath linens were plush, crisp, and clean. The entire apartment is very clean and well maintained. It is in a quiet but conveniently located street in my favorite arondissement in Paris, within walking distance to everything I need. Mme. Teresa, the owner, is very accommodating and helpful.

Close to metro and restaurants the hotel in a good location. Hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful on navigating you in the right direction and when needing taxi service they will set the service up for you and the taxi was very prompt and polite being that it was our first time in Paris on vacation I would like to thank the front desk staff, and cleaning staff on the great services presented during our stay.

The Room had all the facilities needed, a very comfortable and clean room. Not much space in the room, however, the space was used very efficiently especially since you will not spend most of your day in the room. Very good location, close to numerous train stations, close to a few restaurants, and a good view of the streets of Paris. The Hotel Staff was very friendly and always happy to help.

Great value for money, the rooms were super clean and the staff were helpful. Daily change in towels and cleanup was prompt. Everything was as expected - we visited with a large group and our separate rooms were all nearby. Location is right by the Galieni metro station, with a few stops from central Paris - although I wouldn't spend too much time around the hotel area at night.

Wonderful stay here in Hotel Palm! The staff is my #1 highlight, they really were very special and courteous to us, I spoke to them in French all the time and they helped me practice 🇫🇷❣️ The room was spacious and I really appreciated the mini balcony I had , the snacks and free water were so nice. Fantastic location!!!! Apartment is located in the close proximity (walking distance) to many main museums and sites. We felt very safe walking around at any time of the day or in the evening. There is lots of shopping, restaurants and things to do and see around this area. The host was very helpful. The apartment was small but it is to be expected in Paris .

The staff were very friendly and supportive. They allowed early check-in. The room and hotel were properly clean. Proper place for car parking. Easily connected to the main attractions. Proper breakfast was available at a reasonable price. Highly recommended and I love to stay again at hotelf1 Paris.

I can only say the best things about Hotel Yllen Eiffel. The receptionists were exceptional, generous and kind! They helped us find best places to eat and visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Paris! Great atmosphere, breakfast, location, and comfort!

The location is really awesome, the hotel is next to a giant supermarket and a metro/bus terminal station; with the metro you can reach the heart of Paris in 15 min. The kitchen was modern, and everything was clean and tidy. We even had a view of the Château of Vincennes from our window.

Location is outstanding—Notre Dame across the Seine—very central location. Rooms were tiny (not usual for Paris) and the elevator was also tiny. Hotel lobby one flight up from street level. Good crepe restaurant just below. Booked it for the location!

It’s difficult to find a large apartment with balcony and parking like this in Paris. This area is very comfortable. Lidl is under the building. It takes only few minutes to go to metro and supermarket. There are many restaurants, cafés nearby.

Great place to stay during visiting Paris with family. Apartment is very big, nice design, good furnitures, all equipment. Safe parking place. Host is very nice and supportive. Good communication by car or public transport to center of Paris.
